30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Starting a return
Use our contact form and include your order number and reason for the return. Wait for return instructions before sending the item.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank may need additional processing time.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the item is confirmed damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Hygiene exception
Used grooming items cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not limit your rights for faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods under applicable consumer law.
