Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order, we'll issue a full refund.

Safe use

Use the product as directed. Use gentle strokes, keep grooming sessions short, and stop if your pet becomes uncomfortable. For severe mats, skin irritation, wounds, or signs of pain, consult a professional groomer or veterinarian.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
