Products

We do our best to display product colours and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly. FurGlide Pro™ is a grooming and pet-hair-removal tool, not a medical device.

Pricing & payment

Prices are generally shown in your local currency based on your location. Our store's base currency is USD, and all orders are ultimately processed in USD or the currency shown at checkout. In the rare case of a technical error affecting a displayed price or currency conversion, we reserve the right to correct the order to the accurate price before it is charged, or to cancel and fully refund the order. Prices may also change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order, we'll issue a full refund.

Safe use

Use the product as directed. Use gentle strokes, keep grooming sessions short, and stop if your pet becomes uncomfortable. For severe mats, skin irritation, wounds, or signs of pain, consult a professional groomer or veterinarian.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
